Just a few minutes ago, I logged into League and was greeted with a notification that I had reached an honor checkpoint and I got an honor level 5 orb. One of my accounts was honor level 1 but got the rewards too. It must be a bug to be reverted though, since Riot stated clearly in the page below that honor 2 is still a requirement for rewards. It is possible that this bug is related to the fact that people did not receive rewards for honor 3, 4, and 5, which Riot said we would receive in the Ranked rewards for honor level 1.
